Professional products
Certain professional-strength products may be purchased only by customers who are, or who have been referred by, a licensed health care practitioner. Minimum order quantities and wholesale pricing may also apply to health care practitioners and authorized affiliates. We may verify eligibility through account tags and referral records and may adjust or cancel orders that do not meet these requirements.
Orders, pricing, and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout, and applicable discounts must meet the terms of the discount or referral code used.
Shipping and returns
Orders are processed promptly after confirmation and shipped to addresses within the areas we serve. Because our products are ingestible supplements, we are unable to accept returns of opened product; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Referral codes are personal to the referrer and may be updated or reassigned at your request or ours.
Intellectual property
The Metron Nutraceuticals name, product names, patents, logos, and site content are the property of Metron Nutraceuticals, LLC and may not be used without permission. Product formulations are protected by U.S. and international patents as described on our Patents page.
Limitation of liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
